Lou Lubally's Terms of ServiceGENERAL● These commissions are purely for personal use.● The prices for the services cannot be used for character design; that has a separate price, sorry.● I hold all the rights over my artwork.● I reserve the right to decline any request that makes me uncomfortable or doesn't meet with my morals.● Try to be as clear as posible on your request. Any kind of reference provided (preferably images) is really appreciated ^w● Please be kind; I'll let you know if anything comes up that prevents me from finishing the work on time.●Please let me know if I've made a mistake, and I'll fix it as soon as possible.●Do not use my art to train an AI.Please keep in mind what you are asking for.PAYMENTS● No refunds will be issued once the order has been processed● No refunds after the work has been deliveredREVISIONSI will provide WIPs on following steps:● Sketch

● Base colorYou can request any change on Sketch and Lineart step. After that, extra changes will be charged.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY● Deadlines: 30 - 60 days following approval of request.● Time depends of lenght of queue list, time of reply on updates and changes requested, but work(s) may be completed and delivered sooner.USE● These commissions are exclusive for personal use and don't profit purpouses.I don't give permission to use my work to train AI or used to produce NFTs.Allowed use:● As PFPs As Backgrounds or wallpaper As a gift (this includes digital media and printed media) Streaming materialInclude proper credits if you use my artwork, PLEASE.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS● I retain original ownership of all my work(s).● I reserver the right to use commissions on my portfolio, post Process / WIPs on my media or streamed on TIKTOK, unless the client requests not to beforehand.REFUNDS● No refunds will on the YCH commissions.No refunds will be issued once the order has been processed.No refunds after the work has been delivered.If I am delayed beyond the agreed date due to illness or a personal issue, I will notify you and we will try to reach an agreement. However, I am committed to finishing the piece.COMMUNICATION● If you have any question or concern, feel free to contact me via TWITTER, INSTAGRAM, DISCORD or VGEN. Whichever you're most regularly active on.● Please reply to my messages to avoid problems with your commission process.If I don't receive a response from you during the progress stages, I won't implement the requested corrections.● If I still don't receive a response upon completion of the drawing and we're approaching the deadline, I will consider the commission complete without exception.● Please be kind, I'm human and this is how I make a living, so let's have a healthy relationship.
